Access and recovery
Download your PDF and keep your receipt. Account-free purchase access is stored in the browser used for checkout. Changing devices or clearing browser data may require support-assisted recovery. Earlier purchases may also require recovery through order support. Partner demos are limited to one claim per network, including shared Wi-Fi.
Problems, refunds and your rights
If your download fails, you were charged twice or you want to request a refund, contact order support with your receipt. Requests are reviewed individually. Nothing here limits consumer rights that apply under local law.
